I will be putting all these recipes plus photos in my own cookbook made on www.heritagemakers.com/LaCee I'm excited to have a family cookbook around here to flip through quickly for dinner ideas! I'll post as often as my crazy, busy life will allow.

Crockpot Chicken and Broccoli "Stir Fry"

Ingredients
  • 2-3 lbs. chicken tenders
  • 1/2 bottle stir fry sauce (about 1 cup) or more, if you like (I used Mandarin Sauce from Panda Express)
  • 1 bunch broccoli, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
Instructions
  1. Place chicken in slow cooker. I start mine from frozen.
  2. Pour sauce over chicken.
  3. Cook on high 4-5 hours or low 6-7 hours.
  4. About an hour before serving, place broccoli and red pepper on top of chicken in slow cooker.
  5. Cover and let it finish cooking. Serve over rice.
