What's For Dinner? The most dreaded question asked around here!

I will be putting all these recipes plus photos in my own cookbook made on www.heritagemakers.com/LaCee I'm excited to have a family cookbook around here to flip through quickly for dinner ideas! I'll post as often as my crazy, busy life will allow.

Share some love! Let me know what you thought of the recipe if you tried it! Don't hold back, it won't hurt my feelings! It'll only help others who read this blog :).

Chicken and Biscuits

Wow! It's been a while since I've posted. Life's been crazy, but I have been cooking! I've got a few recipes to post but I'm going to post them one at a time throughout the next week or so!

1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 can Cream of Potato Soup
1 cup Milk
1/4 Teaspoon Dried Crushed Thyme
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
4 cups Cooked, cut Veggies^^
2 cups Cubed Cooked Chicken^^^
1 package Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits (10)

Mix Soups, Milk, Thyme, Pepper, Veggies and Chicken in casserole dish. Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Cut Biscuits into quarters & top casserole.. Bake another 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and not gooey.

^^The best veggies are the frozen California style veggies with Carrots, Cauliflower and Broccoli.

^^^To help make this dish a little easier and faster to cook I have previously used canned chicken instead of cooking some chicken up. It works just as great and tastes just as good.

Family Rating***** Reheat Rating**** (the biscuits don't reheat very well without being soggy)
