Sloppy Joe Casserole

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Pounds Ground Beef
1 Can (15 1/2 ounces) Sloppy Joe Sauce*
2 Cups (8 ounces) Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Cups Baking Mix**
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 Cup Milk
1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Directions:
1.  In a large skillet, cook Beef over medium heat until no longer pink.
2.  Stir Sloppy Joe Sauce into Beef, mix well.
3.  Transfer mixture to a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish.  Sprinkle Cheddar Cheese over top.
4.  Combine Baking Mix, Eggs and Milk in a large bowl until just blended.
5.  Pour Baking mixture over the Beef & Cheddar Cheese.  Sprinkle Sesame Seeds on top.
6.  Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 8 servings.

*I couldn't find canned Sloppy Joe Sauce in my hurry to get through the grocery store so I tried a dry Sloppy Joe seasoning packet, this didn't turn out too well.  I'd suggest if you choose to use a seasoning packet add an extra 1 Cup water to the mix for moisture, our Casserole ended up kind of dry.
**Bisquick was my baking mix of choice though you could use just about any dry baking mix.
