This is our most favorite Spaghetti Sauce recipe, the best one we've tried!
1/2 bushel or 5 gallon bucket of tomatoes peeled and chopped
23 6 oz. cans tomato paste (optional)
1 cup chopped parsley or 3/4 tsp flakes
6 1/2 tsp. thyme
6 1/2 tsp basil
6 1/2 tsp oregano
13 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar (optional)
1 2/3 cup olive oil
8 onions minced
4 or 5 heads of garlic
4 or 5 chopped green peppers
Saute everything in oil then add to tomatoes, let simmer 4 hours. cold pack for 25 mins.

31 ounces tomato paste (optional)
1 green pepper diced small
1/4 chopped parsley
1 1/2 tsp thyme
1 1/2 tsp basil
1 1/2 tsp oregano
3 tbs salt
6 tbs sugar (optional)
3 cups onions minced
6 cloves garlic
Saute everything in 1/3 cup olive oil add to tomatoes simmer 4 hours. cold pack for 25 min.
