Ingredients:
3 Cups warm water
2 TBSP yeast
3 TBSP sugar
1 TBSP salt
1/2 cup oil
8-10 cups flour
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Add remaining ingredients with enough flour to make a soft, slightly sticky dough. Let set 10 minutes. Stir down. Repeat 5 times. Divide dough into baseball or softball size pieces. Shape into round loaves. Place on greased cookie sheets and let rest about 20 minutes. Bake 350 degrees about 35 minutes. Cool. Slice 1 1/2 ince top off. Hollow out, leaving about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick walls. Fill with soup, stew, or chili. Insides can be used as bread crumbs or eaten.
